    We are a system for the consumer to check the product authentication and other marketing campaigns via online such as join E-contest, E-loyalty program and claim for product E-warranty.
  2. Why do I need to use GoAuthentic to check the product?
    Use GoAuthentic to differentiate your product, we can helps you to reduce risk and prevent on using fake product.
  3. How do I set up a GoAuthentic account?
    You can follow the below steps to sign up a GoAuthentic account:

    Normal Member Sign Up :
    Step 1: Visit GoAuthentic and click on the “Sign Up”.
    Step 2: Then, click on the “Sign Up” to start registering.
    Step 3: Sign up by filling in your name, mobile number, email and password or choose to sign up with Facebook or Google Account.
    Step 4: Once you are done. Then you can now start earning points, claim your E-warranty and join E-contests using GoAuthentic

    Upgrade become verified members:
    Step 1: Log into your account and click on the “My Profile”.
    Step 2: Fill in your mobile phone and enter the OTP number to verify the account.
    Step 3: Then click on the “Save Profile” after verification of your mobile number.
    Step 4: Now you can start earning points, claim E-warranty and join E-contests using GoAuthentic.

  4. When do I need to use the GoAuthentic system to check?
    We will suggest you do the scanning after you unwrap your products.
  1. How fast to check the product authentication status?
    You will get the results instantly after the scanning.
  2. What happens if I scan the product and it displays “Fake Product”?
    You are required to check the “number of scanned” , if it is more than 3 times we suggest you refer back to the seller.
  1. How to earn rewards?
    By scanning from product random QR code you are able to check the rewards point you earned from the display.
  2. How to check my rewards points?
    You can check your rewards from “Dashboard” > “My Point” then you can see your total rewards point.
  1. How to submit the product warranty?
    After you scan from random QR code, you are required to fill in the form and click “Submit”. Then you are done with your submission.
  2. Why do I need to submit an E-Warranty?
    By submitting via GoAuthentic E-warranty can help you to capture your purchased item E-warranty period, easy to refer and redemption during your purchased item E-warranty periods.
  3. How do I redeem E-Warranty?
    Kindly refer to your seller as every of our partner (brand owner) using different ways for their customer to redeem the E-warranty.
